Background: Goals & Motivation
Lindt wanted to overcome challenges faced in previous sports initiatives and achieve meaningful engagement from their employees. They sought to enhance employee health and wellbeing, improve team collaboration, and reduce the administrative burden on their HR team.
After facing issues with a previous Czech-based app, Lindt turned to Activy, seeking a more user-friendly, clear, and efficient platform for their next sports challenge. The goal was to create an environment of friendly competition and improve overall employee engagement.

Challenge Execution
The Be Better Challenge vol.2 was a one-month competition focusing on team rivalry and integration across countries. Employees were grouped into teams, each led by a captain who was responsible for motivating the group.
The challenge featured various sports activities, including themed missions, and emphasized eco-friendly transportation to work. Tracking was done via the Activy app, which streamlined the experience with clear instructions, smooth integration with external apps like Strava, and transparent rules for activity tracking.
This shift to Activy resulted in a seamless execution, with fewer logistical hurdles, clearer communication, and faster issue resolution.
