What are the differences between Lite, Comfort and Enterprise plans?
Lite is a free trial for up to 10 users and 30 days.
Comfort is a fully self-service SaaS model with low per-user pricing and optional add-ons.
Enterprise is a premium solution with full support, dedicated Customer Success, and advanced customization, designed for larger organizations.
Is the Lite plan really free?
Yes. Lite is completely free for 30 days and up to 10 users. It’s the perfect way to test Activy in your company before choosing a paid plan.
How is billing handled in the Comfort plan?
In Comfort you pay upfront for selected seats. You can choose a flexible monthly subscription or prepaid packs for 3/6/12 months – the longer the commitment, the lower the per-user price. Payments can be made by card or invoice.
What happens if more employees want to join than the purchased seats (in Comfort plan)?
You have two options:
Auto-Top-Up – the system automatically adds seats (up to +20%) at the same per-user price as your pack.
Waiting Room – if you don’t want to exceed your budget, additional employees will wait until you add more seats manually.
What is “Safety Credit” in the Comfort plan?
It’s protection against overpaying. If you bought too many seats, within 7 days you can reduce the number by up to 20%. The difference is credited to your account and can be used for future months (valid for 90 days).
Why does the Enterprise plan have a 5 900 EUR minimum?
Enterprise is a premium service with a dedicated manager, onboarding sessions, phone support, and advanced customization. Smaller projects are best suited for Comfort, while Enterprise is reserved for larger, strategic deployments.
Can I start with Comfort and later upgrade to Enterprise?
Yes. Many companies begin with Comfort, and as their needs grow (integrations, custom reports, Coin Shop, advanced missions), they move up to Enterprise.
What type of support do I get with each plan?
Lite – access to materials and FAQ only.
Comfort – email support with a 48h SLA.
Enterprise – priority support (24h), phone contact for coordinators, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Can I cancel or change my plan during the contract?
In Comfort – with Monthly Flex you can adjust the number of seats each month. With prepaid packs (3–12 months), the term lasts until the end, but Safety Credit gives you flexibility.
In Enterprise – contracts are set for the agreed period, but the project scope can be adapted in future editions.
Which features are exclusive to Enterprise?
Enterprise includes:

- Coin Shop and themed missions,
- bonus games and special events,
- unlimited groups and advanced gamification,
- dedicated Customer Success and custom reporting,

How can I estimate the number of participants in the challenge?
The number of participants is influenced by communication, office promotion, company culture, and other factors. Based on our 7 years of experience, active participation can range from approximately 20-35% of employees. However, some employers have achieved participation rates as high as 80%. You can also specify the maximum number of participants based on your budget.
